Job Summary

Our growing digital advertising department has an opening for a senior, full-time paid advertising manager who wants to take the next step up in their career with added responsibility, direction, and compensation. In addition, the position will allow this person to work in the city and state of their choice. 

At a top level, this person would help lead how the agency conducts digital advertising, will have input on tools and processes used, will direct lesser experienced co-workers, and will participate in client meetings, reporting, and new business pitches.

Core Duties/Responsibilities

This position allows for both leadership and hands-on roles. A typical month could include:

  • Lead Arc’s paid digital advertising strategies and management for clients
  • Participate in strategy meetings on the best way to achieve client goals
  • Provide research and forecasting for proposed campaigns
  • Write paid search ads and copy for display ads
  • Review performance results and make adjustments
  • Present results to clients and provide analysis
  • Share data both ways with SEO team
  • Setup call tracking and reporting
  • Setup and test site tracking and processes
  • Extensive use of analytics tools
  • Extensive keyword and bidding research
  • Research tools for the team to use


Must have very deep, hands-on experience in the following:

  • Paid Search: Google, Bing/Yahoo
  • Display advertising – Programmatic, GDN
  • Geofencing
  • Retargeting
  • Social media advertising
  • Video/OTT/CTV
  • Reporting
  • Reporting suites and configuration (name them)
  • Ability to create custom dashboards and reports
  • Granular tracking and attribution, UTM, pixels, etc.
  • All facets of call tracking
  • Google Analytics; Knowledgeable and experienced with GA4

Process Requirements

  • Willing to work on East Coast time regardless of where you live
  • Willingness to fly to Philadelphia area if elsewhere for annual meetings
  • Discipline to self-manage and juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment

Education & Experience

  • At least three to five years of working experience in digital advertising
  • Some experience in managing people
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four year, accredited college or university 
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
  • Excellent writing skills
