For Chyenne, Local SEO is the heartbeat of a business’s visibility.
For over two years at Arc, she’s been blending creativity with data-driven strategy to deliver real results. She loves turning data into stories, finding the “aha!” moments, and creating strategies that actually make people click, call, or walk through the door. Outside the office, Chyenne is fueled by travel, adventurous eating, and the occasional attempt at mastering tennis. With roots in the U.S. Virgin Islands, she often visits to see family and take in the most amazing views. She’s also on a personal quest to visit all 50 U.S. states, and she’s well on her way.

What’s your most important app on your phone?
Yelp is my favorite app because I’m a big foodie, and I love trying new restaurants in my city or while traveling.
What advice would you give a recent college graduate?
Be willing to adjust your 5-year plan, because not everything will happen accordingly. Sometimes opportunities will present themselves and turn out better than what you’d planned for.
What is the most under-appreciated digital marketing channel?
Referrals. Referral traffic can help reach an audience through relevant sources and increase brand awareness.
How is AI changing marketing?
It’s forcing professionals to think outside the box and focus more on data-driven tactics.
How do you overcome a creative block?
Listening to music helps me unwind and clear my mind, allowing me to refocus and gain a fresh perspective.
