Background:

Matthew Ulmer brings a great deal of management experience and strategic communication knowledge to the Arc Intermedia team.  With a background in public relations and marketing, plus a deep understanding and appreciation of technology and innovation, he leverages his expertise and passion to help companies promote themselves.

While serving as the manager of the marketing department for an online directory company, Matthew participated in the development of one of the first uses of a blog as a marketing and public relations tool. He later became instrumental in branding an acquisition of four higher education marketing companies into a single industry leader. Most recently, as the manager of communications for the world’s largest student placement firm, he used online and print media to spearhead a nationwide change in perception of the international student recruitment industry among higher education professionals. Matthew has also presented at numerous conferences, lectures, and events.

Role:

At Arc Intermedia, Matthew works with clients to understand their needs and goals, and oversees the production of their projects. He coordinates with developers, designers, and writers to ensure all completed products match the clients’ expectations and drive their success.
