The best thing we can do is be there when clients need us. To solve a need or problem, often proactively and always with respect, to brainstorm a new idea, or even to cheer them up on a bad day. This goes for the work we execute as well — if they aren’t giving us enough direction to proceed, we must take the initiative and give them what we think they need.

The most minute of details add together into a final package that represents our brand, our stamp of quality. Every statement on a call, email sent, and document provided says, “This is what we think our best is.” No detail is too small to be worth consideration. Not the font size, the file name, the page break wraps. Not the background in our video calls or the professionalism of our dress on those calls. Everything we deliver deserves to be polished, because if it goes to the client, it’s with our stamp of quality. It’s either perfect or not good enough. If we don’t do some things excellently, they can’t reliably trust that we do other things excellently
