Director of Paid Advertising
Arc Years
Industry Years
Laura leads paid media at Arc Intermedia. Her job is to help clients show up honestly, spend their money wisely, and actually understand what’s happening behind the numbers.
She has more than 15 years of experience in marketing, with humble beginnings in local radio as a PSA writer and broadcast technician. Since then, Laura has built and led digital advertising programs across agencies of different sizes, working with a wide range of industries, channels, and managing tens of millions of dollars in media spend. This experience has shaped how she thinks about marketing, communication and accountability: say what you’re doing, do it well, and don’t hide behind jargon.
At the core of Laura’s work is relationships. She genuinely enjoys getting to know clients, how they think, how they learn, and what they care about. At the same time, she’s deeply experienced on the technical side of marketing, including paid media platforms, data analysis, strategy, department operations, and team leadership. She also brings hands-on experience in SEO, web development, inbound marketing, and social media, which helps her build paid strategies that actually fit the bigger picture.
Laura doesn’t believe in one-size-fits-all marketing or default answers. She listens closely, adapts her approach to each client, and pushes hard before ever saying something can’t be done… which means she rarely has to say it. Her goal is simple: give clients an experience they haven’t had before, free of the frustrations that often come with digital marketing agencies.
She stays curious, keeps learning, and holds herself and her team to a high standard, so clients feel supported, informed, and confident in their decisions.
